Lewis Dimmick is a contemporary oil painter based in the North East of England. With a background in fine arts and degree with honours from Northumbria University.

Lewis’s current body of work in oil and watercolour, are about capturing moments of calm for retrospection. Lewis’s practice, like the British Impressionists who inspire him, embraces figurative works and landscapes which are painted plein air or from life.
